1. We only accept reservations online through our website or Google. Reservations made through other platforms are not valid.

2. If you have sent us a reservation request, please note that this does not confirm your reservation yet. We process requests asquickly as possible. Once your reservation is confirmed, you will receive another email from us confirming your spot.

3. The reservations widget assigns tables automatically, if you have anyspecific preferences please add a note in the special requests box

3. Please note that our tables are reserved for 2 hours by default.

4. Please arrive on time for your reservation. If you are running late, please call us at +43 664 144 55 81 and notify . We typically allow a 15-minutes grace period, after which your table will be given to other guests. 

5. We understand that sometimes plans can change, so if you need to cancel a reservation, as a courtesy to others, please do so at least 24 hours in advance, especially for large groups. 

To cancel or amend your reservation, please use the link provided in your confirmational email.

OUTSIDE TABLES:

To book an outside table, please add a note in the special requests box and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

STROLLERS AND CHILDREN:

It would be appreciated if you could indicate the number of children accompanying you and whether you require space for a stroller when making your reservation. To accommodate you and your family as best as possible, we want to ensure that your table is not in a tight space and has enough room for a sroller or high chair.
